Marketing & Fulfillment Policy

1. Project Commencement & Payment Terms

All projects—including but not limited to marketing campaigns, consulting sessions, advertising strategy, content creation, and website development—require full or partial payment upfront. Once payment has been submitted and the project has officially started, the client acknowledges and agrees to these fulfillment terms.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services and the immediate resource allocation involved, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances once payment has been made and the project has commenced.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Facebook/Instagram/TikTok/Google Ad Campaigns

  • Marketing Consultations

  • Website Design & Development

  • Content Creation

  • Funnel or Landing Page Builds

  • Any Custom Strategy Work

Once work has started—whether research, planning, communication, or execution—no refund will be granted for any reason.

3. Fulfillment Adjustments

While we do not issue refunds, we value client satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any element of the deliverables, our team is open to making reasonable adjustments or enhancements to your project within the original scope. We’ll work with you to ensure the project is completed to professional standards.

Please note:

  • Fulfillment revisions do not equate to starting over or changing the agreed-upon deliverables.

  • Revisions must be requested within 10 business days of final delivery.

4. Scope of Work & Expectations

A detailed scope of work will be provided before project kickoff. Any additions outside this scope may be subject to extra fees. We encourage clients to review the scope carefully to avoid misunderstandings.

5. Communication

All communication should be directed through the official channels provided (e.g., project management platform, email, or scheduled calls). Timely feedback ensures smooth fulfillment and high-quality results.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide all necessary information, access, and approvals in a timely manner.

  • Understand that delays in communication or deliverables from your end may affect timelines.

7. Cancellation policy

Once your project has been agreed upon and a deposit or full payment has been made, it is non-refundable and cannot be canceled. This includes:

  • Strategy or consulting sessions

  • Website builds or edits

  • Ad campaign development and management

  • Any creative or technical service

By submitting payment, you confirm your commitment to move forward with the project. There are no cancellations or chargebacks permitted once payment is received.

If concerns arise, our team will work with you to offer adjustments or additional deliverables within reason—but no refunds or cancellations will be granted.
